The problem is the package then becomes unusable or to use it takes a very steep learning curve. So to get around this we develop software.

Shortly to be released wpshop is a plugin to the Wordpress CMS. This shop contains many attractive features and a demo will be available to view. There are a wide variety of options to be set including a variety of currencies and taxes. The shop also has a marketing manager.

WP crm is a plugin to the Wordpress CMS. CRM stands for Customer Resource Manager and in its simplest form is an application that allows you to manage your customers through letters, emails and dating times of contact. It will have a very handy contact form, which when completed by a customer will store the details directly in your database for immediate management use.

We will also be developing the concept on further with the creation of crm software for Wordpress. This will give web designers and small businesses a real chance to develop an online business.

Why a snail? It has been asked many a time and so to cut a short story long, I love them. The intricacies of the shell, the smooth glide through love. They are to me one of God’s fascinating creations.

Snails move by alternating body contractions with stretching, with a proverbially low speed (1 mm/s is a typical speed for adult Helix lucorum [1]). They produce mucus in order to aid locomotion by reducing friction. The mucus also reduces the snail’s risk of injury. Snails also have a mantle that covers the internal organ which is called a foot.

Snails are found everywhere - land, sea and freshwater. They mostly are vegetarian although some can be omnivorous - which actually surprises me. I have never seen a snail barbecue!

I also once spent hours rescuing snails. Mum and dad got worried because I was late home and came searching along with most of the neighbourhood and police. They found me several miles away rescuing snails. I think I was 7!

The two keys to search engine optimisation are:
1. Content - that is actual text on the site. Not pictures or flash or anything like this but text
2. Links to the site

Links to the site can be established in several ways:
a. Free directories
b. Paid directories
c. Paid link advertising (Google Ads)
d. Reciprocal linking
e. Editorial link.
Of them all the last is the best. It is quite simply someone linking to your site because they like the content or site or whatever.

You can of course you some sort of brute force linking by visiting sites and leaving comments with a link back to your site. It doesn’t work very well. Or you could simply build a second site that links to your first. This second site will still need content. So why not just put the content on the first site?

Version 0.2 Beta of the Wordpress CRM Plugin Now available

Here is the next version of the plugin. It is now capable of being populated by both users and administrators from the front-end and back-end. It has snail mail capabilities using .txt files that are available to download or view. The sorting/searching functions have been beefed up.
You can edit any part of the information. You can manually add contact information per record. I have split the creation and management into two main tabs. You can create a user from the one of the plugin pages rather than going over to the users tab. The back-end forms are equipped with a pull down menu of current users to populate that field easily.
