Regarding #1 above – is it possible to enable CRM to pull information from popular form plugins that already exist instead of adding a "contact" form to CRM? For example, I use "SI Contact Form" aka "Fast and Secure Contact Form". I'd like to integrate it with your CRM plugin by pulling the SI Contact Form information into a new contact for CRM

Another thought is to have the option for other languages (i.e., US English, UK English, Spanish, etc.) for the CRM labels.

Just some thoughts. Great plugin.

Keen to be a beta tester as well – please let me know! I'm a webby that works in the charity sector, so the more we can do ourselves without having to buy in systems, the more cost effective we can be!
