Wordpress CRM

in CRM, Wordpress

I have finally got around to updating and developing the Wordpress CRM that was released a while ago. It is a much simpler affair with reduced capabilities but which might grow with time.

You might be thinking, “Why?” Many of my clients have websites built using Wordpress and to give them a full blown crm would be overkill and yet this is one of the programmes I have been asked about. So it seemed to me to combine a simple crm with there Wordpress site was a good idea.

Here are three images to give you a clue as to what is happening:
Picture 6
This image shows the CRM link in the left hand column and the opening page. You can see the add a contact element and also a list of contacts available.

When you wish to add or edit a contact you will see this screen. The edit a contact element is in the right hand corner.
Picture 7

And the final image shows the note part. This allows you to attach simple notes to the contact to review the level of contact that you have with that contact.
Picture 8

There is an additional part still to come. We are writing a simple reminder function that will allow you to attach to a contact a note saying, “Telephone”.

I hope you like the above. Any comments please let me know. I have spent some time, energy and money on this project and I have a couple of sponsors who will have the plugin available to them early. If you want the plugin early please do write to me. Thanks

Looks great! I was also thinking of doing this but using the Google Contacts API to keep my gmail contacts synced with any updates done through worpress and vice versa. Do you think this would be possible?

I love it so far! I want to know when you update it to allow users to be managed through the CRM though. Any idea when that might happen?

Hi
I would love to undertake this move but the cost at the moment prohibits it. Sorry.
